High Falls



This is High Falls, the highest waterfall in DuPont State Forest with a drop of 120 feet. This picture was taken in June, 2006, during our first visit to the forest. My blog for today, Senior Moments, contains pictures taken last week of a new waterfall for us in the forest.

Lovely falls. I like they way this one is split, even though it appears to be a fairly arrow falls and vegetation is growing in the rock.

That's such a perfect spot to live in if you don't have floods that is.
I can wake up to this every morning, watch it all day and never get tired.
